Land Planner-

Minimum Requirements for the position are: a degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture or other related major from an accredited university; registration in the State of Florida; and a minimum of seven years of experience in the field of land planning.

Responsibilities include: management of multiple clients and projects; reading, interpreting and applying local zoning codes, land use plans and comprehensive plans; and applying these regulations to real life site plans. This position will also require the ability to represent clients at rezoning hearings and walk clients through the maze of regulations to create successful projects.

Other Requirements include excellent communication skills, good computer skills, strong work ethic and the desire to work in a team environment.
